Always look on the bright side of life...and have a steady supply of Herbal Essence...

Eric was born in an Herbal Essences shampoo factory in the year of our lord nineteen hundred and forty two. Raised by factory workers, Eric got the urge to Herbal at a very young age and became the company pitchman appearing in many television commercials and print ads always with a long mane of gorgeous blonde hair and surrounded by beautiful women singing "He's got the uuuuuuurge to Herbal".

Eventually he bored of constant shampooing of his hair and set out on his own to seek his fortune. One day he was sitting in a field letting the wind blow his hair as he turned his head in slow motion when a group of men walked up.

"Look at that hair!" They exclaimed! "Maybe we can use him on our show to bring in a female audience."

And so after much persuasion and some shampooing, Eric became a member of Monty Python. For four wonderous seasons, he played many brilliant characters.and sold shampoo. Eventually though, he and the other pythons left the show to pursue acting.

He starred in Monty Python and the Holy Grail as Sir Robin. Even though he was soiled for most of the movie, his hair looked great and he always made sure to have a ton of his beloved Herbal Essences shampoo on set.

After that came Monty Python's Life of Brian where he achieved a follicle masterpiece with his Loretta hair and the man on the cross. He managed to keep his hair intact and flowing despite Terry Gilliam's feverish attempts to shorn it off with a weed wacker.

Eventually Terry and the weed wacker caught up to him and for the Meaning of Life, his hair was short and curly. It has been this way for most of the rest of his life, except when he grew it long in Splitting Heirs to spite John Cleese.

Today, Eric is beloved all over the world and even more beloved for his hair. People spend countless hours discussing it and drooling over pictures of it and hoping that one day they will be at the barber shop when Eric is getting his hair cut.
